Delivery at a Glance
All our items are specially printed just for you. Normally, it takes around 7 working days, but during busy periods, it may take a bit longer. If you’re ordering with a gift-giving date in mind, we recommend allowing plenty of time for both printing and shipping—just to ensure everything arrives smoothly.
If you’re in the UK, once the printing is done, your parcel will be sent out using your preferred option: either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48. For our friends abroad, your treasures should arrive about 6-21 days after dispatch.
A gentle reminder for those outside the UK:
Please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s government and will need to be covered by you. This includes our European customers, as these charges have been affected by Brexit. We appreciate your understanding that these fees are beyond our control.

Need to Make a Return?
If an item isn’t quite right, you can send it back within 14 days of receiving your order. As a small business, your support means the world to us. We’re truly grateful for your understanding that, unfortunately, we’re unable to cover the costs of return shipping.
Choosing the Right Size:
To ensure a perfect fit and avoid the inconvenience of returns (which can be quite the hassle, especially if you're outside the UK!), we suggest measuring a well-loved t-shirt of your own. Match those measurements against our size charts. This way, you can place your order with the utmost confidence, secure in the knowledge that you’ve chosen perfectly!

Return Conditions: Items must be in their original, unworn condition. We recommend using insured and tracked postage for your peace of mind.
International Returns: To our international friends, we kindly ask that you mark your package as “returned goods” to help avoid customs charges. Please be aware that any customs fees incurred are your responsibility, and we’re grateful for your understanding.
Refund Process: We aim to handle your returns swiftly. Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, we’ll quickly initiate your refund.
Lost in Transit? Don’t worry, just reach out. Often, items are momentarily delayed but will continue their journey shortly.
